As a Licensed Texas Attorney, I work with Texas clients to ascertain their needs and goals in creating or amending revocable trusts for the purpose of purchasing, possessing, or transferring Title II, or NFA items, such as Machine Guns, Silencers, Short-Barreled Rifles, or Shotguns, and AOWs.

In addition to working with clients to created trusts to possess and share NFA firearms, I also help clients regain their Second Amendment Rights by challenging firearm purchase denials or cleaning up potential issues where clients have been denied their right to purchase a firearm. I also aid clients in setting up and getting their own Federal Firearms License. In fact, I have helped clients who were denied the right to purchase a firearm prove they were eligible to own a firearm and even set them up where they can legally make and sell silencers, machine guns, and more.
